1. Hi, Could you introduce yourself to the b-boys and b-girls ? ( State your name, age, where you from, crew name etc )
Hello, My name is Hong Sung Jin, a.k.a B-Boy Pop of Gambler Crew. I’m 24 years old and I’ve been b-boying for about 10 years now ^^
2. When and why did you start dancing?
My brother, B-boy noodle started 1 year before i did, which i got influenced by and a lot of my friends around me in middle school got me started on b-boying.
3. Any other crews you have been before entering Gambler?
Before I joined gamblers, I was in a 3 member crew, Soul Train with my brother and we used to compete in battles around Korea.
4. Recently, you travel a lot. Which countries did you like the most and why?
Every time I go to different countries, I see and experience a lot things, but the USA scene was my favourite.
They have a large number of b-boys, lots of new faces that go around the world to get their names out.
I think I’ve learned the most about the dance through battling with the US b-boys, so i think that’s why Ii enjoyed it so much
5. Winning so many battles with your crew, what battle was your favourite ?
2004 October 23, thru the prelims, we were selected to represent our country in BOTY international Germany 2004 and when they announced “winner: gamblers crew”, it was one of the best memories i have, since it was the biggest event that I’ve heard
6. Gambler crew do performances and competitions. Which one do you prefer and why?
I like battles more than performances, because in battles, u can (freestyle) compete with your moves to the songs they play
7. Do you have any goals you d like to achieve in the future?
I want to keep dancing and i want to see how far it will go, that’s my goal. (start with the dance and succeed with the dance)
8. Are there any b-boy you d like to battle?
If there are any other b-boys that have the similar style as mine, i would like to battle them

9. How does your practice schedule look like?
Practice every day for about 5 hours (foundation, freeze move, powermove, practice on new techniques)
10. Do you still have time for your family and friends because of the travelling around the world? Are they satisfied that you and your brother become professional b-boys?
if I want to make time to spend with family & friends, I try to get less sleep and spend some time with them.
They always talked to me that I still do the b-boying looks good.
11. You seem like have a lot of interests about fashion and fame. How did you start having that interest? What is your goal about it?
I’ve been into fashion and modelling while I have been b-boying, I wanted to make my own flavour that other people don’t have, so my goal is to accomplish both, while dancing
