A guide on how to do the incline dumbbell press (at 75 degrees) for beginners to advanced, powermovers, bboys, gymnasts, weightlifters, other athletes

something I didn’t point out in this video was the amount of rest between sets:

generally I take about 1min to 2min rest in between sets…. you can do what works for you if your feeling ready to rock go for it!

This exercise helped me get a better increase in my hop for airflare, as well as strengthen other moves…..for airflare it was the most noticeable tho

feel free to change it up so it benefits you the best!
